About us

Built from lived experience.

A community space shaped by people who've stood where you're standing. We exist to make the path a little less lonely — for children with additional needs, and for the parents and carers walking alongside them.

Who it's for

For children, and the families around them.

Our sessions are for children and young people with additional needs, including neurodivergent children and those who may find mainstream environments challenging.

No diagnosis is needed.

We also support parents and carers who are looking for understanding, community and support.

Our why

Reducing isolation. Building confidence.

SEND families often carry a quiet load — appointments, advocacy, the energy of explaining yourself in places that weren't built for you. Bridge and Bloom exists to be a place where you don't have to.

Our sessions are gentle, flexible, and run by people who understand. We hope you find something here — even if it's just a quieter hour, a cup of tea, and someone who gets it.
