What we offer
Sessions chosen to meet families where they are.
Each session is shaped around the children who come — gentle, flexible, and never one-size-fits-all. No diagnosis is needed; just turn up and we'll meet you where you are.

Peer support
For parents and carers — a space to be heard by people who understand.
Open conversations between people who've walked similar paths. No agenda, no advice unless asked — just company, tea, and the relief of not having to explain everything from scratch.
Stay and Play
Relaxed sessions where children lead and families settle in at their own pace.
Toys out, lights soft, no timetable. Children explore what calls to them; grown-ups can join in or sit and breathe. Siblings welcome.
Sensory and preschool groups
Calming, considered environments tuned to little ones and their needs.
Smaller groups with sensory-aware lighting, sound and pacing. Designed for preschool age and gentle early-years exploration.
Inclusive sports
Football and other movement sessions where every child is welcome on the pitch.
Movement-led sessions adapted to each child. Football is our anchor; we add new sports as families ask for them.
Craft and life skills
Hands-on activities that build confidence, independence and quiet pride.
Making things — useful ones, beautiful ones — at a pace that respects each child. A space for small wins to stack up.
Therapy-based sessions
Workshops and gentle therapeutic groups, run alongside trusted practitioners.
Hosted with practitioners we know and trust. Topics shift with what families are asking for — sleep, regulation, communication, transitions.
